Jaffe Associates is one of the long time users of TimeSolv. We came aboard almost eight years ago and have seen TimeSolv from its start to what it is today and I must say that they have done a wonderful job in keeping up with the challenge. Jaffe is a virtual firm and TimeSolv have played its role well to keep us all connected when it comes to billing our clients. No one in the firm has any difficulty in adding their time and their expenses in a timely manner as long as they have access to a computer with internet connection. It is an easy to use software. There are ways to cross check the numbers. The best part for me is that it doesn’t let me confine to my home office when the critical time of billing comes. I could be anywhere in the world and still complete this responsibility of mine. Their system is never down. The TimeSolv management keep their clients informed well in advance on rare occasion when the system is going to be out. Lastly, one couldn’t ask for better customer service including over the weekends. They are one of the few companies that you can get in touch with almost instantly via email or via phone *and* a live person without going through series of automated options.
