How do I use TimeSolv and WorkSolv together?
This is the easiest part! TimeSolv is fully integrated with WorkSolv. This means that you can manage your projects, track time, and create and send bills - all from one place with a single user name and password. If you have an existing TimeSolv account, you can upgrade by following these easy steps: click on Administration in the top right-hand corner of the TimeSolv screen. Then select Billing Info under the second column, Our Account. From the service options, select the option for both TimeSolv and WorkSolv. |

Why would I want to use WorkSolv and TimeSolv together?
TimeSolv Corporation' fully integrated applications are ideal for project-based businesses that bill clients for their time. From one seamlessly integrated application, you can manage your projects, record time and expenses and complete your entire billing process - with just a single login and password. The applications share information in real-time, so project and billing information stays organized and accurate. For instance, WorkSolv budgets are calculated using TimeSolv billable rates. Once a project item has been marked complete, no additional time entries can be made for the item. |

What about the security of my data?
At TimeSolv Corporation, we consider the security of our customers more important than anything. To that end, we've addressed data protection on several different fronts. For starters, every application page on TimeSolv application is secure - all the time - and only a handful of TimeSolv Corporation employees have access to account data, only under emergency circumstances. We use 128-bit encryption on every single piece of information you enter in our applications, and your passwords are stored in a "trap-door" one-way encrypted format so we don't even know your password. In addition, our applications include rigorous permissions settings so you can assign access levels by employee or project. |
