Invoicing is an essential aspect of any business, as it allows for timely and accurate billing of products and services rendered. However, managing invoices can be a daunting task, particularly when it comes to handling payments and allocating them to the appropriate invoices. Fortunately, there is good news for users of TimeSolv, as a new enhancement has been added that streamlines this process. This week’s Tip of the Week takes a look at TimeSolv’s new ability to pay and allocate from within the ‘Sent Invoices’ screen.

The new enhancement allows users to ‘Pay and Allocate’ amounts directly from the ‘Sent Invoices’ screen using the pay icon, which will open a pop-up allowing the user to enter relevant payment and allocation details.

Previously, users were taken to the ‘Payments’ screen, which required them to switch between ‘Sent Invoices’ and ‘Payment’ screens, making the process more complicated and time-consuming. The new enhancement eliminates this issue, allowing users to manage their invoices more efficiently.

One of the primary advantages of this enhancement is that it provides a more intuitive and user-friendly interface that simplifies the process for users. The new feature streamlines the payment and allocation process, saves time, enhances accuracy, and provides a more intuitive and user-friendly interface. As a result, your firm can now manage its invoices more efficiently and accurately, ultimately leading to improved financial performance.
