TimeSolv is excited to announce a brand-new integration with LexShare and LexSign. Users can now sign up for a premium document sharing and eSignature requesting feature for an additional monthly cost. This week’s Tip of the Week explores the new integration and all that it offers.
You can save your firm valuable time and money through the use of a reliable document sharing and requesting app. Going through this process digitally also ensures easy adjustments made to the same document as many times as is needed to provide the perfect desired result for both parties, all within a time-efficient manner.
Additionally, important documents can be sent to clients located anywhere in the world with a computer or smartphone within minutes. Once they’ve received the document, they can draw or type out their signature and have it available for the attorney to access in less than a minute.

Our new LexShare and LexSign integration feature consists of three key features:
- LexShare Web Application – This is for document sharing and requesting. Users can migrate their TimeSolv documents to LexShare to manage their Matter documents from under here. eSignature requests are also sent out from here if your firm has opted in for LexSign.
- Outlook Plugin – The Outlook plugin allows users to share and request files and eSignatures from within their emails.
- LexSign – This is the eSignature account to manage the signature document templates. Users can create customised templates for documents where the signature box position changes.
These incredible new features also come with great security features, including the ability to choose from a list of pre-loaded secret question/answers to documents when sharing with clients. You can even add an expiration date for the file link for additional security.
