TimeSolv’s New Reports provide an aggregated view of your firm’s data, empowering you to filter and analyze information at multiple levels. Imagine a report that groups “Time Entry” data by “Client, Matter, and Invoice Number.” This detailed breakdown allows you to see how specific invoices are performing, and you can further refine the data by filtering on the date invoices were entered, invoiced, or paid. 

Drill Down for Deeper Insights

The enhanced drill-down capabilities give you the power to explore your data like never before. Simply click on a specific data point to delve deeper and gain a more granular understanding of your firm’s activity. 

Schedule Reports on Your Terms

Gone are the days of manually running reports! With the Quick Scheduling option, you can create automated schedules to run reports at specific times and durations. This ensures you have the data you need, exactly when you need it. 

Accessing the New Reports

The New Reports are conveniently located under Menu > Reports > Reports Dashboard. If the New Reports feature is available for your account, you’ll see a toggle switch. When enabled, the New Reports will be displayed. Otherwise, the standard reports will appear. 

Once your report is generated, a handy quick-access menu lets you export the data for further analysis or schedule it to run automatically in the future.
