Kendra has provided legal solutions to families for two decades.

Before using TimeSolv, she was offered a product called Timeslips when she first went out. She started using that product, and according to her, the program had many features, but most of the features were outdated.

“Back in the day, that was not a bad program to use. It had a lot of features, and it was for the most part user friendly,” says Carpenter Family Law CEO Kendra Carpenter.

After using Timeslips for some time, she finally got to the point that “Timeslips is not Integrating further, and there were so many things that were archaic about it.”

She also realized that she was spending way too much time on billing. It wasn’t getting out and getting done quickly enough for her, affecting the revenue. “As a solo practitioner, we’re very mindful of our overhead.”

Kendra says that she lost a lot of time billing on the old system that she was using before TimeSolv. She also added that, “I have to just painfully go through and download things, and double-check them and make sure that the stamps get on and the envelopes get addressed and all of that.”

Before TimeSolv, they were doing billing in an old-fashioned way. They had to download things, double-check them, make sure the stamps get on, the envelopes get addressed and all of that.

Kendra was struggling to track everything about the client on her desk in the old billing software.
